Acquisition

Flow is for sale. Once.

The complete platform — application, source code, data pipeline, and the hardware it runs on — is available for acquisition as a whole. Name your consideration in the inquiry form below.

We built Flow to give the public a modern explorer for the whole Bitcoin chain and to make the ecosystem safer to use. It is built and running. The right acquirer can take it further than an anonymous team choosing to stay small ever will.

What’s included

Source code
The full platform: ingestion, the UTXO graph store and clustering engine (co-spend and other heuristics), behavioral-signature computation, the attribution and consensus system, the Canvas front end, and the observation infrastructure that runs alongside it. Everything, with history.
The data asset
The complete precomputed state — full-chain clustering across ~1.5 billion Bitcoin addresses, behavioral signatures for every cluster, and the proprietary observation datasets that sit alongside the chain data. Rebuilding this from scratch is measured in months of compute, not days.
The hardware
The production machine, transferred running: dedicated server-class bare metal, sized for full-chain analytics in memory. The exact specification is disclosed in the data room, under NDA.
The community-reviewed label corpus
The attribution corpus and the consensus/review system that produced it, subject to the commitments below.
Transition support
A defined handover period with the builders (remote, pseudonymous) covering architecture, operations, and rebuild-from-source.

What does not convey: a user-data asset — because there isn’t one, by design. The platform operates on public blockchain data. Accounts carry no verified identities — a contact email and a pseudonym, nothing more. Operational security logs are retained for at most 90 days and deleted on schedule; they are not a data asset and are not valued or marketed as one. Contact-form correspondence is not part of any transfer. What little personal data exists is governed by our Privacy Policy, and any acquirer takes the platform subject to those commitments.

Platform and hardware specifications
Bitcoin addresses indexed~1.5 billion, sub-second lookup
Clusteringfull chain, continuously updated
Infrastructureindependently operated infrastructure — full specification in the data room

Terms

Terms: serious inquiries via the form below, with your indicative consideration; we do not publish an asking price. Expect us to ask for proof of funds before substantive disclosure; expect diligence through an NDA’d data-room process, with a neutral third-party escrow agent for the transaction itself.

What we care about in a buyer

Price matters, and so does a credible plan. Tell us what you intend to do with Flow: a buyer with a clear plan and clean funding moves through diligence quickly.

Process

Submit the form below. We respond to credible inquiries within ten days with a technical data room under mutual NDA: architecture documentation, verifiable performance benchmarks against the live system, and code walkthroughs. Proof of funds precedes exclusivity. We remain pseudonymous through closing; the assets, code, and hardware are what you’re buying, and all of it is independently verifiable.

Open a conversation

How should we address you? Pseudonyms are fine; we use one too.
Company, fund, or agency. “Private party” is acceptable.
Use an address you actually monitor. This is where the data-room invitation goes.
A figure, a range, or “prefer to discuss”. Inquiries without one are not answered.
Two or three sentences on what you would do with Flow. It helps us understand the fit.
Timeline, conditions, questions.

We read everything and respond only to credible inquiries. Your submission is confidential, is not shared with third parties, and creates no obligation on either side. This page is an invitation to negotiate, not an offer.

We ask only for what a reply requires: a contact address and your message. No account, no tracking pixels, no analytics on this form, and no third-party data sharing. We keep correspondence only as long as the conversation is active, and we accept pseudonymous contact — we’re anonymous too, we get it.
